Been enjoying this again recently, especially with the latest data update.
2nd season in and Champions League glory might just be ours. Oxford bossing it at DM C. Noble & Obiang rock steady in MC. Sakho and Batshuayi knocking them in for fun up front.
Why bother paying for latest FM when this is available for free?!

I loved this version as a kid and had a go at it last season. Got to 4 seasons in pretty much rushing it through before I realised it was a load of old shit and I'm not a divvy kid no more.
For that reason, I'm out.

Try the "run as administrator" option when you right click on the icon, sometimes it sorts out that problem.

Never wore a suit, although obviously used the time whilst it was loading to work out what I'd be saying in press conferences. And frankly anyone who didn't wasn't immersing themselves enough in the game and should give up

download the file and if you have a burner, just copy it on to a blank disc. I've just found out I don't have enough spare memory on mine to play the game which is a bit of a cunt

AGreed about the old versions being the best, stopped playing when it got too complicated.
I was reading a forum about CHamp manager recently and apparently some people took it so seriously they would wear a suit on cup final day. Never took it that far myself but part of me respects that people did.

Was it Premier Manager eusebiovic, about 1997 with the nice music you saw line-ups, could go through a season in a few hours liked that game.
Championship Manager 01/02 still the best. I like to get players from Swedish league like Tommy Jonsson, Stefan SELAKOVIC

I miss the days of Championship Manager or the very early versions of Football Manager when you could complete an entire season in 3-4 hours.
I lost interest when 1 game took 1 hour to prepare...it's shite - I never wanted realism...escapism is much more fun
